Golden Grove Retreat centre offers the perfect escape; with a 4-bedroom barn conversion house, a spacious yoga studio, on-site catering and spa facilities, and amazing views of the surrounding natural beauty.

You can expect:

+ 3 nights’ full board accommodation

+ Nourishing, homemade dishes prepared on site by our wonderful retreat chef. All meals, snacks (CAKE) & teas/coffees included & we can cater to all dietary requirements

+ A range of Yoga/Wellness sessions in the onsite yoga studio (expect different styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra & Breathwork) – and special guest practitioner Shelley (@soundsomazing) providing an amazing Soundbath on the final evening
