My name is Em!
Em has been a massage therapist for over 23 years with a passion for people and helping others; she fell into Yoga by accident through injuries and stress around ten year’s ago.
Yoga practice began to heal Em’s physical injuries but, more importantly, began to heal emotionally and mentally.
Em travelled to India to learn more about the practice. India captured her heart and this is where she called home and stayed for six years working on her self learning, teaching and assisting with some fantastic Indian Guru’s.
Emma teaches Yoga and bodywork, both private and group classes, to share the art and science of Yoga to others to give them the tools they need for self-discovery, self-love and self-practice on this journey we call life.
I love everything to do with food, energy, and living life fully. Learning to live life mindfully while still enjoying is something I am passionate about.
A Crystal Healing Practitioner, using Crystal’s and Reiki to help you heal from the inside with energy healing. I am a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am currently studying my 300Hr YTT to help deepen my practice so I can help more people heal from within and find calm in their life…

I am a lover of my beautiful family and friends, books, the beach, and life in general. I am blessed to have my loving husband Will and three beautiful girls, Ella, Freya and Isla.
I bring to my teachings a wealth of compassion, warmth and integrity. I love all parts of yoga, not just the yummy parts, but also the parts that ask you to dig deep to find a deeper part of you. I have worked with people through all walks of life and all ages and my fundamental calling to my work is supporting people to explore who they truly are so they can live a life of joy, freedom and peace.
I believe in deeply allowing people to find their own path in yoga, but holding the space for them to find their way.
My aim is to build a community of people to play, share, explore and connect, to bring more meaning to their lives. I welcome you to my classes just as you are, as you are completely enough, just as you are right now.
It is my mission to lead people towards their bliss, sustainable, fulfilling bliss. I truly believe that we can all live the life we want to live, we just have to get out of our own way to get there.
I began my yoga journey many years ago just for my practice during my full-time job in the office, but the actual connection and true yoga journey started in 2014.
Initially, I approached yoga for healing benefits having issues with my hips and joints, but yoga became part of my daily life after an accident.
This passion for yoga pushed me in a deeper study, and I gained the skills and knowledge to become a yoga teacher, qualified and registered as a yoga teacher.
Now, I am teaching a wide range of people with different needs or abilities, and yoga brings me so much joy. Yoga taught me to be present, allow each moment to be as it is, and accept myself as I am.

My name is Ana!
I started Yoga over ten years ago and have been soaking up and sharing this precious practise ever since! Yoga has given me the ability to focus, manifest, challenge, create while keeping my body healthy and happy. I use many unique and exciting methods to awaken people to their power and passion within the realms of Yoga and mindfulness.
I give you Somatics, Embodiment and taking elements from all the different Yoga traditions. I hope that my retreats provide the yogi with a space to find their way home to themselves; with the support of the group and myself, it is a beautiful experience where strangers become friends overnight.
In 2014 I started a 500 hour Yoga Therapy course with the Devon School of Yoga. This course provided me with various ways to use Yoga as a therapy practice. I also learned many other therapy based practices that I now introduce in my weekly classes.
